What have I to show you this week? Some oh so gorgeous new products coming in the new Annual Catalogue, due for release 1st June 2018. Check out this box of goodness!
My card this week has been created using some gorgeous Designer Series Patterned Paper (DSP) and it's a beautiful range. Because this year is Stampin' Up's 30th anniversary they have incorporated 'pearl' into a lot of their new product range. This DSP being no exception. It's gorgeous. It's also one of the largest paper packs they've produced. It has not 2 but 4 of each design, all double sided. There are splashes of pearl finishes over many of the pages.
Also to soon be release is a gorgeous Embellishment kit called "Share What You Love" It comes boxed in the most beautiful packaging too. Pearls, Pearly finised doilies, metal flowers, clips, bakers twine and beautiful lazer cut tags. These will be sure to take your projects up a notch!

This card has used a soon to be retired Pansy punch to cut out pieces of the new DSP along with the leaf punch (carrying over to the new catalogue) I've spritzed the cut flowers with plain water then scrunched them up. I left them for a bit then carefully opened them out, layered them and held the layers together with a brad. Yes! Brads are returning in the new catalogue too. I'm sooo happy about that as I use them a lot in my flower making.

The leaves I punched out of another piece of the DSP and inked the edges with basic black ink. I made my sentiment using a stamp from the Colourful Seasons stamp set (also carrying over), punched it out with the Tailored punch (carrying over too) and then with the same DSP as the leaves, punched out the Everyday Label (carrying over) to layer my sentiment on. I've added a touch of flair by placing some gorgeous new pearls that are from the Embellishment kit too, so very pretty. Added a strip of hand dyed Old Olive seam binding, adhered everything and tahdaah a gorgeous card I'm sure one of my friends is going to love receiving.
Ah and did you notice up in that photo of my new product delivery the new styled inkpad cases? Yes, they have brought in a new style and they are so much easier to open. Plus, they stack really well. Stay tuned, there's talk of a new inkpad storage caddy in the future too. But for now, they sit in the current caddy very well for sure!
